Adam is a results-driven strategy consultant with 10+ years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, banking, and operational excellence. He has led high-impact projects for Morgan Stanley, AIG, Barclays, HSBC, and Lloyds. At EY London and Visa Europe, he specialized in business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation, managing businesses across seven EMEIA countries.
In 2022, Adam returned to Malaysia to launch SAS (M) Capital Limited, focusing on consulting and digital payments. He holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield and completed a Fintech Strategy course at Oxford, reinforcing his expertise in the evolving digital finance landscape.

Holds a Diploma in Banking Studies (UiTM, 1986) and a Finance degree from Western Michigan University, USA (1991). Brings 36+ years of banking experience, holding senior roles in operations, consumer, SME, and commercial banking before transitioning to the private sector in 2016.
Certified Credit Appraiser (OMEGA) and a panel judge for Malaysia’s Top 50 SME Business Awards (2014).Recognized top achiever in consumer, commercial banking, and insurance, earning multiple awards and international recognition.
Hj Mohd Salim Mohamed Sain

Tuan Haji Mohd Salim, 62, spent over two decades in banking, managing corporate and high-net-worth accounts, specializing in loan syndication for mergers and acquisitions.
He transitioned into business, securing infrastructure and government construction contracts while also venturing into agriculture and hotel management in Mecca.
He has strong ties with Selangor’s State Government, having served in an advisory role for religious affairs.
Passionate about welfare, he is a Trustee of Yayasan Islam Darul Ehsan (YIDE), supporting over 11,000 orphans, dialysis patients, and fundraising for a RM17 million orphanage complex in Pulau Indah.
